Security Policy:

Please read the following return and exchange policy:

1. If you notice any discrepancies in your order (e.g., incorrect size delivered), please notify us within 6 hours of receipt. We strongly advise checking products immediately upon delivery in the presence of the delivery agent.
2. For any discovered defects or issues, report back within 24 hours. We will facilitate an exchange subject to our verification procedures and stock availability. Delivery charges for exchanges may apply.

There are certain conditions that must be followed for the exchange:

1. The product must remain in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
2. All labels, tags, and security stickers must be intact. Removing or damaging these will void the exchange possibility.
3. Any exchange request must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
4. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Dhaka City: 70 Taka, Chittagong area: 100 Taka, Outside Dhaka: 150 Taka.
5. If Soft Style is responsible for a wrong delivery or defective item, we will handle the exchange at our own discretion and expense. Proof must be submitted within 48 hours.
